At The Irish Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your authentic Irish knitwear or jewelry isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and include your original packing slip inside the box.

  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid shipping label or use your own preferred carrier to send the package to our Dublin warehouse.

  Ship the Items

  Securely seal your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
